3 more days until my favorite day of the year, my birthday! I actually love this whole time between Thanksgiving and New Years. I love holidays and love to celebrate things. My husband and I are always looking for something to celebrate. It makes life more fun. And of course, the biggest celebration of the year is my birthday. I’ve tried to get my husband into enjoying his birthday as much as I do mine but he’s just not that into it. What did we do for his birthday this year? Stayed home, ate pizza, drank wine, and watched a scary movie which I only agreed to watch because it was his birthday (I hate scary movies!). Much unlike my husband’s birthday, my celebrations are starting tonight (my official birthday is Monday) and who knows when they will end. You may be wondering what I have in mind for my birthday. Well, I’m still finalizing my plans but I have plenty of ideas. I do know there will be margaritas and Mexican food, lots of champagne, a trip to see the new Bond movie, presents and of course, lots of getting together with friends. Monday night is going to be a surprise. My husband always surprises me with something really fun and I can’t wait. Now, I’m off to start the celebrating. My husband said we could do whatever I want this weekend. I’m sure he’s going regret it!
